ESXI 7不识别intel i350 网卡，spp升级网卡固件解决

这个网卡其实是intel  82571EB芯片 ，也就是常说的 Intel I350-T4 - I350 Chip, 

The HP NC364T is a quad Gigabit network card with a PCI Express 1.0a interface. It fits in x4, x8 and x16 PCIe slots. The card has two Intel 82571EB processors with 256 KB memory connected to each and another 1 MB non-prefetchable memory.

服务器升级到Esxi 7.03 以后，发现这个4口网卡完全不识别。  老版本之前用过是正常的。 

研究了一番，看到有人提是一些固件原因导致的，决定用2022年版本的gen9 spp 光盘镜像 对服务器整体做一下固件更新

提却固件从 之前的版本 升级到了

重启之后， 4个新网卡出现在esxi 的网络配置页面里了。
