To remove the component follow the steps given below:
Power down the server
Remove all power:
Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
Disconnect each power cord from the server.
Place the server on a sturdy, level surface.

If installed, remove the PCI air baffle Click here to view how to remove the PCI air baffle .
Remove the system air baffle Click here to view how to remove the system air baffle .
Disconnect all power supply cables from the system board, drive cages, and devices
Remove the existing power supply.

先是有个固定的铁板
然后再安装热插拔电源笼的架子，固定在上面一个铁板上。
热插拔电源模式是HP 老的750W 型号512327-B21，最低50元就买得到， 比买550w的天价电源要好一些。
